Ingredients:
1 packElbow macaroni(7oz)
1 cupDigonally sliced celery
1/2 cupPimiento-stuffed olives
1 canTuna, drained(9 ½oz)
2 tbspGrated onion
2 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspGround pepper
3 cupShredded American cheese
2 tbspButter or margarine
1 tbspFlour
1/2 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspGround pepper
1 cupDairy sour cream
1 cupDry white wine
1 tbspButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain and rinse.
2Stir celery and olives into macaroni.
3Heat oven to 375".
4Place half of the macaroni mixture in ungreased baking dish, 13 ½x8 ¾x1 ?inches.
5Mix tuna, onion, 1 teaspoon salt, ?teaspoon pepper and the cheese.
6Sprinkle macaroni mixture with half of the una mixture; repeat.
7Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 2-quart saucepan over low heat; stir in flour, ?teaspoon salt and ?teaspoon pepper.
8Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
9Remove from heat.
10Stir in sour cream and wine.
11Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
12Pour over tuna mixture; dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
13Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes.
14Uncover; bake until golden, about 15 minutes.
