Ingredients:
4 cupSliced onions
1 tbspButter
2 quartHomemade beef stock
4 tbspWhite wine
Cheese
Homemade French bread
Procedures:
1Saute onions in butter til soft and golden.
2Add onions to beef stock and simmer 1 hour.
3Season with white wine and salt and pepper to taste.
4bake cheese-topped slices of french bread in a 350°F degree oven til browned.
5Place a slice in each soup bowl, add hot soup, and enjoy.
