Ingredients:

| | Leeks, cut into ? slices | | 1
| | Medium diced onion | | 4
| | Med. potatoes peeled & diced | | 4
| cup | Chicken broth | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | | Pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large saucepan melt butter and add leeks and onions. | | 2 | Cook, covered, until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. | | 3 | Add potatoes and broth and simmer covered for 40 minutes. | | 4 | Add sour cream and heat to serving temperature but do not boil. | | 5 | Season with pepper and serve at once. |
