Moroccan lentil soup

Ingredients:
3/4 cupRed lentils
4 3/4 cupWater
1 packKnorr Minestrone soupmix
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tspCumin, ground
1 canChickpeas, drained (19 oz)
1/4 cupCilantro or parsley, chopped
Procedures:
1Rinse lentils, drain.
2In a large saucepan combine lentils, water, soupmix, garlic and cumin.
3Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
4Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5Add chickpeas; simmer 5 - 10 minutes or until lentils are tender.
6Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
