Ingredients:

Cake of tofu

Dashi or chicken stock

Green onion, finely chopped

Procedures:

Slice the ?cake of tofu into 1" cubes.

Bring soup stock to a boil and add the miso and tofu.

Bring the soup back to a boil, turn heat down and simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add green onions.

Serve immediately.
