Ingredients:

| large | Potatoes | | 1/2
| | Onion | | 2
| lbs | Halibut | | 12
| fl oz | Evaporated milk | | 1
| can | Cream of celery soup | | | - (undiluted) | | | Pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dice potatoes and onions and put in pan. | | 2 | Add water to cover potatoes. | | 3 | Boil until potatoes are tender. | | 4 | Add halibut and cook until fork goes into halibut easily, about 5 to 7 minutes. | | 5 | Add milk and soup and simmer for 5 minutes. | | 6 | Add pepper to taste. | | 7 | Serves 10. |
