Ingredients:
14 1/2 ozTomatoes, canned, whole
-peeled
2 medOnions, diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 cupCelery, sliced
1 cupCarrot, sliced
1 largeZucchini, chopped
1 canKidney beans, (15 ozs)
8 ozTomato sauce
1 tbspParsley
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
4 cupBeef broth
1/8 lbsSpaghetti, broken in pcs
Procedures:
1Cut up tomatoes into smaller pieces.
2Place all ingredients, except pasta, into a crockpot and cover.
3Cook on low for 9 hours.
4Add spaghetti, cover and cook for an hour longer.
5Serve with crispy french bread and a fresh salad garnished with 1 t crumbled feta cheese!
