| cup | Celery, sliced | | 1
| cup | Carrot, sliced | | 1
| large | Zucchini, chopped | | 1
| can | Kidney beans, (15 ozs) | | 8
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 4
| cup | Beef broth | | 1/8
| lbs | Spaghetti, broken in pcs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut up tomatoes into smaller pieces. | | 2 | Place all ingredients, except pasta, into a crockpot and cover. | | 3 | Cook on low for 9 hours. | | 4 | Add spaghetti, cover and cook for an hour longer. | | 5 | Serve with crispy french bread and a fresh salad garnished with 1 t crumbled feta cheese! |
