Ingredients:
6 cupMeat stock, canned or fresh
4 Eggs
6 tbspBread crumbs
X Salt and pepper
Pn Nutmeg, optional
1/2 cupGrated parmigiana cheese
Procedures:
1Heat the stock in a pot.
2In a bowl break the eggs, add breadcrumbs and ?cup cheese.
3Mix well.
4Add to stock as it begins to boil.
5Lower heat and cook about 1 min stirring.
6Add the remaining cheese on the top if you serve in a turrine or add individually if you serve in bowls.
