| | Cloves garlic, chopped | | 2
| | Stalks celery, chopped | | 1

| oz | Can EDEN Diced Tomatoes | | | -- with Green Chilies | | 15
| oz | Can EDEN Kidney Beans | | | -OR any EDEN Canned Beans | | 1
| | Red pepper, chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Cilantro, chopped | | | -- (optional) | | 3

Procedures:
