| cup | Cooked rice | | 1
| x | Cayenne pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onions in bacon drippings until nearly clear. | | 2 | Add parsley, then garlic. | | 3 | Add water. | | 4 | Cook until the onions are completely cooked. | | 5 | Add rice and blend in real well. | | 6 | Add chopped pork, ground cayenne pepper, and salt if needed. | | 7 | With sausage stuffer, stuff mixture into natural pork casings. | | 8 | Tie in 4- to 5-inch links. | | 9 | To serve, heat in a pan with a little water until warmed through. | | 10 | Courtesy of shareware recipe clipper 1. |
