Ingredients:
3 tbspBacon drippings
1 cupParsley, fresh, chopped
1 cupWater
4 cupCooked pork, chopped (lefto
1 1/2 tbspSalt, depending on salt in
1 cupOnions, chopped
1 tbspGarlic, chopped
2 cupCooked rice
1 xCayenne pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1Saute onions in bacon drippings until nearly clear.
2Add parsley, then garlic.
3Add water.
4Cook until the onions are completely cooked.
5Add rice and blend in real well.
6Add chopped pork, ground cayenne pepper, and salt if needed.
7With sausage stuffer, stuff mixture into natural pork casings.
8Tie in 4- to 5-inch links.
9To serve, heat in a pan with a little water until warmed through.
