Ingredients:
2 quartWater
5 Vegetable bouillion cubes
1 tbspSalt
1 dashPepper
2 Stalks celery, cut up
1 largeOnion cut up
2 #2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 packFrozen cut okra
2 packFrozen mixed vegetables
--(beans, peas, carrots
--corn, and limas)
1 canPinto beans
1 medPotato, diced
1/2 Green pepper, diced
1 lbsMushrooms, sliced
2 cupTomato juice
1 dashCayenne pepper
Procedures:
1In a large covered pot, combine water, bouillion cubes, salt and a dash of pepper.
2Then add remaining ingredients.
3Cook together 5-6 hours.
4Excellent reheated.
5We keep this in freezer containers all year round, each container holding enough soup for one family sitting
