Ingredients:

| tsp | Red peppersauce | | 1/8
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/2
| tsp | Worchestershire sauce | | 1
| cl | Garlic, mince fine | | 1
| cup | Catsup | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Salad oil | | 1
| tsp | Liquid smoke | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | White pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 3
| tbsp | -water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place broiler halves in a baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. | | 2 | Cover with foil. | | 3 | Bake at 325 deg for about 45 minutes. | | 4 | Remove foil and abke 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned and tender when pierced with a sharp knife. | | 5 | Meanwhile, combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. | | 6 | Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into sauce. | | 7 | Cook and stir until mixture boils again and is thickened. | | 8 | Cook 2 minutes. | | 9 | Makes about 3 cups. | | 10 | Serve sauce over baked broilers. | | 11 | Refrigerate any leftover sauce. |
