| slice | White bread, cubed | | | Finely diced vegetables | | | Parsley, for garnish | | | Hard-boiled eggs, chopped | | | -for garnish |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend on medium until smooth. | | 2 | Increase speed to high. | | 3 | Add bread, a little at a time thought hole in top. | | 4 | Stir down. | | 5 | Chill thoroughly. | | 6 | Garnish as desired. | | 7 | Can serve with parsley and egg garnish. | | 8 | We like to eat this with croutons. |
