Ingredients:
3 medRipe tomatoes, peeled and ch
-opped
2 medCucumbers, peeled, c
-oarsl.chopd
1/2 cupWater
1/4 cupWine vinegar
1/2 Onion, chopped (opt.)
3 tbspOlive oil
1 clGarlic, minced
Salt, to taste
3 sliceWhite bread, cubed
Finely diced vegetables
Parsley, for garnish
Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
-for garnish
Procedures:
1Blend on medium until smooth.
2Increase speed to high.
3Add bread, a little at a time thought hole in top.
4Stir down.
5Chill thoroughly.
6Garnish as desired.
7Can serve with parsley and egg garnish.
8We like to eat this with croutons.
