Ingredients:
1 smallOnion, chopped
1/2 Cabbage, shredded
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspBlack pepper
1/8 tspTurmeric
2 tbspOil
3 cupRice, cooked
8 cupWater OR
8 cupVegetable broth
1 cupNutritional yeast
1 tbspTamari
Procedures:
1Saute onion or scallions, cabbage and spices in oil for 5-8 minuts.
2Add rice, water or broth, lemon juice, yeast, and tamari or soy sauce.
3Simmer for another 10 minutes.
4Serve hot.
5Variation: instead of cabbage, use 2 cups chopped kale.
