Ingredients:
2 Green peppers, seeded
2 Cucumbers, peeled and seeded
1 cupOnions
1 28oz can Italian tomatoes
1 Huge can tomato juice
3/4 cupRed wine vinegar
1/4 cupOlive oil
4 Cloves garlic, mashed or
Diced
Procedures:
1In food processor, process separately, first 4 ingredients.
2Mix in the remaining ingredients, mixing well, and chill in the refrigerator.
3Better the second day!
