Ingredients:
2 cupCooked pork loin
-- cut into ?inch cubes
16 ozUnpeeled apricot halves
- in natural juice
2 cupBroccoli flowerettes
- blanched
1 cupSliced celery
2 tspSoy sauce
1/2 tspGround ginger
1 dashWhite pepper
Procedures:
1Drain apricots, reserving ?cup syrup.
2Place pork, apricot halves, broccoli and celery in large bowl.
3Combine reserved syrup with soy sauce, ginger and pepper; pour over pork mixture, tossing lightly to coat.
4Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
5Serve chilled.
