Leek and potato soup - swp cennin a thatws(we

Ingredients:
2 Large leeks
1 ozButter
1 lbsPotatoes
4 pintStock
1 Rasher of bacon
Cheese
L pt milk
Salt and pepper
2 tbspChopped parsley
Procedures:
1: cut up the bacon and fry in tne butter in a saucepan.
2: peel and cut up the potatoes.
3Clean and cut up the : leeks.
4Add the vegetables to the saucepan and fry : for 5 minutes.
5Stir in the stock and add salt and : pepper to taste.
6Put the lid on the pan and simmer : for 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
7Add : the milk and reheat but do not boil to avoid the milk : curdling.
8Add the parsley.
9Serve with grated cheese~
