Ingredients:
4 Cloves garlic crushed
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspCayenne
2 Med. tomatoes
4 tbspOlive oil
1 Spanish onion cut in paper s
1 Gr or red bell pepper diced
1 Cucumber, peeled, seeeded
And diced
3 cupWater
Procedures:
1Crush tomatoes to a pulp in a bowl and add the garlic, salt, cayenne.
2Mix well and add the olive oil gradually.
3Add the sliced onion, diced pepper and cucumber.
4Add the water and mix well and chill.note: onion should be sliced paper thin.
