| cup | Tomatoes, peeled & chopped | | 4
| cup | Tomato Juice | | 14
| | Basil leaves, fresh | | 1
| cup | Heavy Cream | | 4
| oz | Butter | | | Salt & Pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine tomatoes and juice in stock pot. | | 2 | Simmer 30 minutes. | | 3 | Puree along with basil leaves in processor. | | 4 | Return to stock pot and add heavy cream and butter. | | 5 | Adjust seasonings to personal preference. |
