Krumplis gomboc (potato dumplings)

Ingredients:
2 medPotatoes
2 quartWater
1 tbspButter, unsalted
1 tbspFlour, all-purpose, heaping
1 Eggs
1 pinchSalt
Procedures:
1Boil unpeeled potatoes in 2 quarts of water.
2When done, peel and puree while still warm.
3Add butter, flour, egg, and salt.
4Mix the dough and knead it well.
5With a spoon, cut off pieces of dough.
6Flour your hands and roll the pieces into round dumplings.
7Drop dumplings into boiling soup and cook for about 5 minutes, until tender.
