Porkaghetti platter

Ingredients:
3 Pork blade stks. ? thick
1/8 tspPepper
1 canTomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 tbspInstant minced onion
1/2 tspRosemary
2 cupSliced mushrooms
1 packSpaghetti (7 oz.)
1/4 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
3 tbspLard or drippings
2/3 cupWater
1/2 tspOregano
1/8 tspGarlic pwdr.
1/2 cupStuffed green olives, ?s
Grated Romano cheese
Procedures:
1Cut pork steaks into strips, ? thick & 2 to 3 inches long.
2Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge pork, reserve excess flour.
3Add tomato sauce, water, onion, oregano, resemary and garlic powder.
4Stir to combine.
5Cover tightly and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
6Stir in mushrooms and olives, continue to cook covered for 15 min. cook spaghetti according to directions, drain and arrange on platter.
7Serve meat and sauce with spaghetti.
8Sprinkle with romano cheese.
