| tsp | Rosemary | | 2
| cup | Sliced mushrooms | | 1
| pack | Spaghetti (7 oz.) | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 3
| tbsp | Lard or drippings | | 2/3
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic pwdr. | | 1/2
| cup | Stuffed green olives, ?s | | | Grated Romano cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut pork steaks into strips, ? thick & 2 to 3 inches long. | | 2 | Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge pork, reserve excess flour. | | 3 | Add tomato sauce, water, onion, oregano, resemary and garlic powder. | | 4 | Stir to combine. | | 5 | Cover tightly and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender. | | 6 | Stir in mushrooms and olives, continue to cook covered for 15 min. cook spaghetti according to directions, drain and arrange on platter. | | 7 | Serve meat and sauce with spaghetti. | | 8 | Sprinkle with romano cheese. | | 9 | Courtesy telephone pioneers : billspalding *p crbr 38 |
