Ingredients:
1 lbsGround Beef
1/2 cupWater
1 tspSalt
1/8 tspGarlic Powder
15 ozTomato Sauce, 1 Cn.
2 tspWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 cupRice, Regular, Uncooked
1/4 cupOnion, Chopped, 1 Sm.
1/2 tspCelery Salt
1/8 tspPepper
1 cupWater
Procedures:
1Mix the meat, rice, ?cup of water, the onion and the seasonings.
2Shape the mixture by tbls into 1 ?inch balls.
3To cook in a skillet: heat 1 tbls of salad oil in a large skillet and cook the meatballs over medium heat until brown.
4Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
5Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.
6To cook in the oven: place the meatballs in an ungreased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
7Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the meatballs.
8Cover and bake in a 350 °F.
9Oven for about 45 minutes.
10Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer
