Bottoms-canned

Chicken broth

Heavy cream

Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly chopped chives for

Procedures:

Drain artichokes and place in blender with chicken broth.

Puree until smooth.

Add cream and lemon juice; mix well.
