| tsp | Dried thyme, crushed | | 1
| | (14 ?oz) can tomatoes | | 1
| cup | Sour cream |

Procedures:
| 1 | Noodles put steak cubes, onion, garlic in crockpot. | | 2 | Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. | | 3 | Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. | | 4 | Stir well. | | 5 | Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours add sour cream 30 minutes before serving, and stir in thoroughly. | | 6 | (high: 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally). | | 7 | Serve over hot buttered noodles. |
