Hungarian goulash -- crockpot

Ingredients:
2 lbsRound steaks, cut in ?
-cubes
1 cupChopped onion
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tbspFlour
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspDried thyme, crushed
1 (14 ?oz) can tomatoes
1 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1Noodles put steak cubes, onion, garlic in crockpot.
2Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes.
3Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream.
4Stir well.
5Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours add sour cream 30 minutes before serving, and stir in thoroughly.
6(high: 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally).
7Serve over hot buttered noodles.
