Ingredients:
| 1
| small | Onion, sliced | | 2
| | Carrots, julienned | | 8
| oz | Can bamboo shoots | | 12
| oz | Can bean sprouts | | 1
| tbsp | Sunflower oil | | 1
| small | Garlic clove, crushed | | 3
| tbsp | Soy sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain the bamboo & sprouts. | | 2 | Remove as many of the green pods as possible. | | 3 | Heat the oil in a wok & crush the garlic into it. | | 4 | Add the onion & carrots. | | 5 | Stir fry for a few minutes or until the onion has softened slightly. | | 6 | Stir in the bamboo shoots & cook for a minute. | | 7 | Add the bean sprouts & cook for another minute. | | 8 | Add soy sauce. | | 9 | Serve immediately. | | 10 | Bridget jones, "wok cookery" |
