Ingredients:
1/2 cupFlour
1 tbspOregano
1 tbspBasil
1 tspCayenne pepper
1 tspWhite pepper
1 cupSalsa
1 cupWhite wine
4 tbspGarlic oil
2 Tangerines
Procedures:

2Gunterman preparation time: 0:30 mix together flour,oregano, basil, cayanne & white pepper.
3Heat garlic oil in heavy skillet.
4Slice chicken breasts into "pinky size" strips.
5Coat chicken in flour mixture and fry in hot oil till golden brown.
6Remove chicken and discard oil.
7Deglaze pan w/ wine and reduce till half.
8Add salsa and mix well.reduce aga then add chichen.
9Just before serving squeeze tangerines inot pan and stir serve.
