Ingredients:
8 ozChicken, cubed, cooked
1/3 cupLemon juice
1/2 tspSalt
2 Garlic clove
1 cupBulgur wheat
1/2 cupCarrot
1/4 cupGreen pepper
1 1/4 cupCucumber, chopped
1/3 cupOil
2 tspMint, dried
1/8 tspPepper
2 cupWater, boiling
1/2 cupCelery
1/2 cupParsley
1/4 cupGreen onion
2 Tomato, chopped
Procedures:
1Mix oil, lemon juice, mint, salt, pepper and garlic and pour over meat.
2Marinate 30 minutes.
3Pour water over bulgur and soak 20 minutes.
4Drain and squeeze out excess water.
5Add remaining ingredients except cucumber and tomato and chill for 3 to 5 hours.
6Add rest before serving.
