Ingredients:
2 largeOnions
8 Potatoes
1 medHead of cabbage
3 lbsPolish sausage
-salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Slice onions and arrange to cover bottom of dutch oven.
2Slice potatoes, layer them on top of onins and cover with water and salt and pepper to taste.
3Cover and place on coals until water starts to simmer.
4Cut cabbage into wedges.
5When water is simmering, add cabbage wedges and sausage and return to heat.
6Simmer until potatoes are tender and the cabbage is tender
