Ingredients:

| med | Potatoes, peeled, cut into | | | -chunks | | 1
| med | Onion, diced | | 2
| each | Stalks celery, diced | | 1/4
| tsp | Basil | | 1/4
| tsp | Italian seasoning | | 1/2
| tsp | Morton's Nature's Seasoning | | 1
| tsp | Mrs. Dash Seasoning | | 2 1/2
| cup | Chicken broth | | 2
| tsp | Chicken bouillon granules | | 16
| oz | Can peas and carrots | | | DUMPLINGS: | | 1
| cup | Bisquick | | 1/3
| cup | Milk | | 1
| tsp | Fresh minced parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large pot, add water and chicken breasts and gently boil for about 30 minutes or until tender. | | 2 | Remove chicken to cool. | | 3 | Strain broth and reserve 2 ?cups. | | 4 | Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. | | 5 | Return to pot. | | 6 | Add 2 ?cups of chicken broth, potatoes, onion, celery, basil, seasonings and chicken bouillon. | | 7 | Simmer for about 20 minutes. | | 8 | Add peas and carrots. | | 9 | Simmer about 10 minutes longer. | | 10 | Heat chicken mixture until it bubbles. | | 11 | Immediately, add large spoonfulls of a mixture of the dumpling ingredients on top of the chicken mixture in the pot. | | 12 | Immediately cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes. | | 13 | Do not peek or remove the lid on the pot during this 15-20 minute cooking time! when cooking is done, gently remove the lid. | | 14 | Serve hot |
