Ingredients:
2 cupBite-size pieces spinach
2 cupShredded chinese cabbage
1 1/4 cupCut-up cooked chicken
1 cupEnoki mushrooms
2 tbspSesame seed, toasted
1 Red bell pepper, cut into
-?inch Pieces
1 Green onion (with top), thin
-Sliced (about 1 tablespoon)
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 tbspRice vinegar or vinegar
2 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tspFive-spice powder
Procedures:
1Mix spinach, cabbage, chicken, mushrooms, almonds, bell pepper and onion.
2Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container.
3Pour over spinach mixture and toss.

5You can make your own five-spice powder by mixing 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 star anise or 1 teaspoon anise seed, 1 teaspoon fennel seed, ?teaspoon peppercorns and ?teaspoon ground cloves in a blender.
6Blend on high speed until finely ground.
7Store powder in a tightly covered container.
