Ingredients:
6 eachBoneless chicken breasts
-skinned
6 eachRectangular slices Swiss
-cheese
6 eachSlices thinly sliced ham or
-Canadian bacon
1 eachEnvelope Lipton Cup-A-Soup
-Mix, Cream Of Chicken
1 eachCan cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupSour cream
1 tbspDried minced onion or ?/td>
-cup fresh minced onion
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 225 degrees (yes 225).
2Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
3Pound each chicken breast with a meat mallet or other heavy object to flatten and tenderize it.
4On each chicken breast, place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham.
5Roll up each chicken breast, jelly-roll fashion, and secure end with a toothpick.
6Mix soups, sour cream and milk.
7Pour over chicken breasts.
8Cover and bake for 2 hours.
9Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer until the sauce thickens
