Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 225 degrees (yes 225). | | 2 | Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. | | 3 | Pound each chicken breast with a meat mallet or other heavy object to flatten and tenderize it. | | 4 | On each chicken breast, place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham. | | 5 | Roll up each chicken breast, jelly-roll fashion, and secure end with a toothpick. | | 6 | Mix soups, sour cream and milk. | | 7 | Pour over chicken breasts. | | 8 | Cover and bake for 2 hours. | | 9 | Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer until the sauce thickens |
