Ingredients:
1 lbsPolish sausage, cut ?
3 tbspOil
1 1/2 lbsBeef, cubed
2 ea onions, sliced
2 cupMushrooms, sliced
1 lbsSauerkraut, canned
1 cupWhite wine
1 can(8 oz) tomato sauce
2 tspSoy sauce
1 tspCaraway seeds
1/4 tspVegetable seasoning
Procedures:
1Saute sausage 15 minutes; remove to casserole.
2Add oil to sausage drippings; brown beef in oil, 15 minutes; remove to casserole.
3Saute onion; add to casserole.
4Saute mushrooms with sauerkraut and wine.
5Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, caraway seeds and vegetable seasoning.
6Add this to casserole also, mixing well.
7Cover and bake at 375 °F for 2 to 2 ?hours.
8Stir casserole every 30 minutes.
