| tbsp | Oil | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Beef, cubed | | | 2 ea onions, sliced | | 2
| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 1
| lbs | Sauerkraut, canned | | 1
| cup | White wine | | 1
| can | (8 oz) tomato sauce | | 2
| tsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| tsp | Caraway seeds | | 1/4
| tsp | Vegetable seasoning |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute sausage 15 minutes; remove to casserole. | | 2 | Add oil to sausage drippings; brown beef in oil, 15 minutes; remove to casserole. | | 3 | Saute onion; add to casserole. | | 4 | Saute mushrooms with sauerkraut and wine. | | 5 | Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, caraway seeds and vegetable seasoning. | | 6 | Add this to casserole also, mixing well. | | 7 | Cover and bake at 375 °F for 2 to 2 ?hours. | | 8 | Stir casserole every 30 minutes. | | 9 | Serves |
