Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbsChicken fryer

2 tbspCooking oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 medTomatoes, sliced
1 medOnion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tspSalt
1 tbspPatis (fish sauce)
1/8 tspPepper
5 cupWater
5-6 pieces medium sampaloc

3 Green onions
Procedures:
1Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in hot oil in big saucepan.
2Add chicken and cook stirring for 10 minutes or until chicken colors sligh
3Add salt, pepper, patis, tamarind powder and 5 cups water.
4Cover simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
5Add radish and cook for 5 minutes.
6Add mustasa, cover and remove heat.
7Correct seasoning.
8Serve hot.
