Ingredients:
4 xSkinned Chicken Thighs *
2 tbspMinced fresh Parsley
1 tbspMargarine, melted
1 xClove Garlic, minced
1/8 tbspPaprika
1/3 cupFresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbspDry White Wine (or Chablis)
1 tbspOlive oil
1/8 tbspOnion powder
Procedures:
1* 6 oz each
2trim excess fat from chicken.
3Rinse chicken with cold water, pat dry.
4Place chicken in a shallow container.
5Pour lemon juice over chicken, and let stand 20 minutes.
6Combine parsley and rest of ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
7Spray rack of a broiler pan with pam.
8Remove chicken from lemon juice, discarding lemon juiice.
9Arrange chicken on rack, and brush with parsley mixture.
10Broil 6" from heating element, 4 minutes on each side or till tender.transfer chicken to a serving platter.
11Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley, if desired.
