Saltimbocca-style chicken

Ingredients:
6 Filets
6 Ham
6 Cheese
1/4 cupFlour
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
1 tspSalt
1 tspSage
1/4 tspPepper
1/3 cupSalad oil
1 canCream of chicken soup
1/2 cupDry white wine
Procedures:
1Pound chicken filet thin between waxed paper.
2Place slice of han, them cheese on each chicken.
3Roll up and tuck ends, secure with toothpick.
4Dip chicken in mix of flour,cheese,salt,sage and pepper.
5Save mix.
6Chill chicken for at least one hour.
7In lagre skillet heat oil and saute chicken on all sides.
8Place browned chicken in slow cooker, add soup mix mixed with wine.
9Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
10Put control on high, and thicken with flour dissolved in small amount of water.
11Cook on high 10 minutes
