Ingredients:
2 ozFresh Sage, Chopped
10 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
3 lbsRoasting Chicken
Juice Of One Lemon
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Procedures:
1Mix fresh sage and garlic.
2Remove giblets and stuff sage mixture under the skin of the chicken.
3Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.
4Squeeze lemon juice in body cavity and over chicken.
5Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6Bake at 375°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes until golden brown.
