| can | Cream of Chicken Soup | | | -undiluted (10 ?Oz.) | | 1
| cup | Sour Cream (8 Oz.) | | 1
| | Jar Pimiento, drained and | | | -diced (2 Oz.) | | | TOPPING: | | 1/2
| cup | Butter or Margarine | | 1 1/3
| cup | Butter flavored Crackers | | | -finely crushed | | 2
| tsp | Poppy Seeds |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a skillet, melt butter. | | 2 | Saute mushrooms until tender. | | 3 | Stir in chicken, soup, sour cream, and pimiento; mix well. | | 4 | Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole. | | 5 | In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients. | | 6 | Sprinkle over the chicken. | | 7 | Bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes. | | 8 | Yield: 6 servings |
