Oriental pistachio chicken

Ingredients:
8 Chicken breasts, halved
-boned and skinned
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tspPaprika
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper to taste
3 tbspSafflower oil
2 cupBeef broth
2 tspCornstarch
1/3 cupDry red wine
2 tbspOyster sauce
4 Green onions, including
-tops, chopped
1/4 cupPistachio nuts, shelled
Chinese rice noodles
Pistachio nuts (optional)
Procedures:
1Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
2Saute chicken in oil over medium-high heat.
3In saucepan, combine beef broth, cornstarch, wine and oyster sauce.
4Heat to boiling and simmer for 10 minutes.
5Add green onions and ?cup pistachios.
6Prepare rice noodles according to package directions.
7Place noodles on heated serving dish, top with chicken breasts and pour sauce over all.
8Garnish with additional pistachios.
