Peanut chicken

Ingredients:
6 Boned chicken breast halves
-split
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspGarlic salt
1/4 tspGround white pepper
3 tbspAll-purpose flour
2 Eggs
2 tbspWater
2 cupRoasted peanuts, ground
1/4 cupButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Sprinkle chicken with salt, garlic salt, and white pepper; dredge with flour.
3Beat eggs with water.
4Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll to cover; then coat with ground peanuts, pressing lightly.
5Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
6Add chicken; brown for 4 minutes on each side.
7Transfer to a shallow baking pan (if skillet handle is not oven-proof).
8Bake for 15 minutes.
