1/2 cupFreshly grated Parmesan
-cheese
1/2 cupRaw wheat germ
1/2 tspDried rosemary
1/2 tspOnion powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspDried thyme
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspFreshly ground pepper
8 Chicken thighs, wiped with
-damp cloth
3/4 cupButtermilk
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325°F.
2Lightly grease baking sheet.
3Combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk in pie plate or shallow dish.
4Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet.
5Bake until chicken test done, about 50 minutes.
