Ingredients:
1/4 cupHeinz Chili Sauce
1/4 cupOrange marmalade
1 1/2 tspPrepared mustard
4 Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves
-(about 1 lb.)
1 tbspMargarine
Procedures:
1For glaze, combine chili sauce, marmalade and mustard in small bowl.
2Lightly flatten chicken breasts to uniform thickness.
3In large skillet, melt margarine.
4Add chicken; cook until brown on both sides.
5Pour glaze over chicken.
6Simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes, basting occasionally or until chicken is tender and no longer pink in center.
