Ingredients:
1 Onion -- chopped
1 1/2 lbsLean ground round
48 ozSpaghetti sauce with
Mushrooms
1 lbsFine noodles
10 ozNonfat or low-fat cheddar
Seasoned salt
Procedures:
1Bake: 325=b0 brown meat and onions.
2Add sauce; heat.
3Arrange in casserole half of = noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese; sprinkle with salt.
4Make = another layer of noodles, sauce and cheese.
5Bake 1 hour.
6Makes 2 casseroles.
7Can be doubled or halved.
8Freezes well
