6 Chicken breasts, skinned

3 Eggs, well beaten
Salt, to taste
Garlic powder
1 cupBread crumbs
1/4 lbsButter, to ?lb.
1/2 lbsFresh mushrooms, sliced
3 sliceDeli thin muenster or Swiss
-cheese
1/2 cupChicken broth
1 Lemon, juice of
Procedures:
1Add salt and garlic powder to eggs; immerse chicken in egg mixture for one hour.
2Roll chicken in crumbs.
3Saute in butter until golden.
4Place in lg.
5Casserole dish.
6Reserve butter.
7Saute mushrooms in reserved butter.
8Sprinkle mushrooms over chicken.
9Place ?slice of cheese over each chicken piece.
10Pour broth over all and cover with foil.
11Bake at 350°F for 30 mins.
12Remove foil for last 10 mins.
13Of baking.
14Pour or squeeze lemon juice over chicken just before serving
