Ingredients:
2 tbspFat or salad oil
4 Thinly sliced small onions
1 tbspMinced green pepper
1 canUndiluted condensed cream of
-mushroom soup (10 ?oz
-can)
1/2 cupMilk
1 cupLeftover chicken or turkey
1/2 cupCooked vegetables
Procedures:
1From: good housekeeping cookbook, 1962 ed.
2Baking powder biscuit dough (made with 1 cup bisquick or flour) start heating oven to 450°F.
3In hot fat in skillet, saute onions and green pepper until tender.
4Add soup, milk, chicken, vegies.
5Pout into 8 inch pie plate.
6Roll dough into 9 inch circle; arrange on chicken mixture; flute edge; prick.
7Bake 15 minutes or until biscuit dough is done.
8Makes 4 servings.
