| | Boneless, skinless chicken | | | Breast halves (about 1 lb.) | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1/2
| cup | Bisquick reduced fat baking | | | Mix | | 1/2
| cup | Cornflake crumbs | | 1/4
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | | APRICOT-HONEY SAUCE | | 1/2
| cup | Apricot spreadable fruit | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 2
| tbsp | Dijon mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Vinegar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Trim fat from chicken breast halves if necessary. | | 2 | Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. | | 3 | Toss chicken and oil. | | 4 | Mix remaining ingredients except apricot-honey sauce in plastic bag. | | 5 | Shake about 6 pieces of chicken at a time in bag until coated. | | 6 | Shake off excess crumbs. | | 7 | Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in microwavable pie plate, 10 x 1 ?. | | 8 | Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 7 to 8 minutes, rotating dish ?turn after 3 minutes, until chicken is done. | | 9 | Serve with apricot-honey sauce. | | 10 | Apricot-honey sauce: mix all ingredients in a 2-cup microwavable measure. | | 11 | Microwave uncovered on high about 2 minutes or until hot. |
