Pineapple-garlic pork chops

Ingredients:
4 Pork loin chops
- about 1-inch thick
1 cupUnsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cupDry sherry
2 tbspBrown sugar
1/2 tspDried rosemary leaves
- crushed
1 Garlic cloves, minced
Procedures:
1With a little preparation the night before, these sweet and garlicky pork chops are easy to make for a quick weeknight meal.
2Combine all ingredients, except pork chops; mix well.
3Place chops in a shallow dish; pour marinade over chops.
4Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat occasionally.
5Remove pork chops from marinade.
6Place on rack of broiling pan.
7Boil 5 to 6 minutes on each side, turning and basting once with marinade.
8Preparation time: 10 minutes.
