Ingredients:
10 Chicken thighs
3 tbspLight soy sauce
2 tbspDry Sherry
1/2 tspFresh ginger -- grated
3 tbspCornstarch
4 tbspRaw sesame seeds
Procedures:
1: peanut oil -- deep frying
2cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.
3Marinate them in the soy sauce, sherry, ginger & enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 hr.
4Add the sesame seeds.
5Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly browned.
6You can try substituting beef for the chicken
