Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat the broiler. | | 2 | Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small bowl, stir together lime peel, lime juice, oil, thyme, pepper and garlic salt. | | 3 | Set mixture aside. | | 4 | Place chicken, skin side down, on a unheated rack in a broiler pan. | | 5 | Brush with sauce. | | 6 | Broil 4 to 5" from the heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned, brushing often with sauce. | | 7 | Turn chicken. | | 8 | Brush with sauce. | | 9 | Broil 10 to 15 minutes more or until no longer pink, brushing often with sauce. | | 10 | Makes 4 servings. |
