Lemon-sweet chicken

Ingredients:
1/4 cupFlour
1 Chicken, (2 ?- 3 lb) cut
-up
1 tspSalt
2 tbspCooking oil
1/2 cupWater
6 ozCan frozen lemonade concentr
3 tbspBrown sugar
3 tbspCatsup
1 tbspVinegar
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspCold water
Hot cooked rice
Procedures:
1Coat the chicken pieces with mixture of flour and salt.
2In a skillet, brown chicken on both sides in hot oil.
3Transfer the chicken pices to the crock pot.
4Blend the thawed lemonade concentrate, the ?cup water, brown sugar, catsup, and vinegar; pour over chicken.
5Cover and cook on high heat setting until tender, 3 to 3 ?hours.
6Remove the chicken to platter; keep warm.skim fat from the pan juices.
7Measure juices; add water if necessary, to make 1 ?cups liquid.
8Place the liquid into a sauce pan.
9Blend 1 t of cold water with the cornstarch.
10Stir into the pan juices.
11Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
12Remove from heat.
13Pass the sauce with chicken; serve over rice.
