| oz | Can frozen lemonade concentr | | 3
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Catsup | | 1
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| tbsp | Cold water | | | Hot cooked rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Coat the chicken pieces with mixture of flour and salt. | | 2 | In a skillet, brown chicken on both sides in hot oil. | | 3 | Transfer the chicken pices to the crock pot. | | 4 | Blend the thawed lemonade concentrate, the ?cup water, brown sugar, catsup, and vinegar; pour over chicken. | | 5 | Cover and cook on high heat setting until tender, 3 to 3 ?hours. | | 6 | Remove the chicken to platter; keep warm.skim fat from the pan juices. | | 7 | Measure juices; add water if necessary, to make 1 ?cups liquid. | | 8 | Place the liquid into a sauce pan. | | 9 | Blend 1 t of cold water with the cornstarch. | | 10 | Stir into the pan juices. | | 11 | Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. | | 12 | Remove from heat. | | 13 | Pass the sauce with chicken; serve over rice. |
