Lemon-garlic-dijon chicken

Ingredients:
1 tbspDijon mustard (or more, to
-taste)
3/4 tspLemon pepper
3 Cloves garlic
1/4 cupButter or margarine
Procedures:
1Chicken salt and pepper juice and pulp of 1 lemon (or more) place chicken in the broiler until it starts to brown.
2Place all of the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat for a few minutes.
3Brush the chicken with the sauce, turning to coat all sides.
4Place the chicken in the oven, covered with a little sauce, and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
5Serve over rice.
